Conference Venue

Dear Participants,

We made a serious investigation of different possible conference venues but the COVID situation in the country and in the world goes worse.

This year many of Black sea coast hotels stay closed and the best of the other open hotels are rather overcrowded.

For pity, we didn’t find enough good and safe places and decided to make the conference virtual.

This is a hard decision for IEEE IS’20 organizers. We wanted to see you in person.
