Please, accept our sincerest apologies for the bad LaTeX template. The reason for the misplaced \topmargin 19mm command was, that the output pdf was tested against EDAS system for acceptance after compiling the initial bare_conf.tex with TeXLive 2011’s pdflatex under Windows 7, which produced inappropriate opmargin (0.125 in) and led to rejection from the system. We have looked into the problem and have prepared a new Latex template and have provided a possible workaround for those having such problem with the new template. In order to match better the provided MS Word template a few additional tweaks (like addition of keywords, etc.) were added.

New corrected doc template was uploaded.

New document was uploaded: how to make your fonts embedded when you convert a .doc document to .pdf using

• Adobe PDF,
• Acrobat Distiller, or
• PDF Maker.

Only format A4 files can be submitted through EDAS.

DOC files are automatically converted to PDFs, all the other types should be submitted in the PDF form equivalent to the above template DOC file. The LaTex template is corrected and uploaded on February, 19. Hence, the draft paper submission deadline is extended to February, 27.
